Vivo is gearing up to launch its flagship X100 series smartphone in China on November 13 at 4:30 PM (IST). The release introduces three new models: Vivo X100, Vivo X100 Pro and Vivo X100 Pro+, and they are expected to feature MediaTek’s upcoming Dimensity 9300 chipset.

The Vivo X100 series smartphones are expected to feature a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is said to be powered by the Dimensity 9300 chipset. The Vivo X100 series is also expected to be the first to use Low Power Double Data Rate 5 Turbo (LPDDR5T) technology.

A Chinese tipster recently revealed the camera specifications of the Vivo X100 series. The standard Vivo X100 is expected to feature a triple rear camera system, and the main camera is also said to feature a Sony IMX920 main sensor.

A tipster named Digital Chat Station, who shared information on Weibo, revealed that the Vivo X100’s rear camera is expected to include a Sony IMX920 main sensor, a Samsung ISOCELL JN1 wide-angle lens with a 15mm focal length, and an OmniVision OV64B. periscope telemacro camera with 3x optical zoom.

Like 91Mobiles, the X100 Pro is likely to have a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 64-megapixel periscope lens with optical zoom. On the other hand, the X100 Pro+ might have a remarkable combination, including a 200-megapixel teleperiscope camera.

The Android 14-based Funtouch OS-based phones are expected to pack large batteries. The X100 supports 120W fast charging and the Pro version supports 120W fast charging in addition to 50W wireless charging.
